Hiatus

We have been racking my brain for the best way to inform everyone about the status of the show. Ideally, we were going to record a short episode just focusing on listener feedback and explain the situation that is going on. Unfortunately, sometimes we feel up to it and sometimes we do not.

You may ask why are we taking a hiatus from recording the podcast. This is not our choice but our family this year has been going through so much it is hard to explain. We were able to work through the majority of the issues but finally something occur that was unexpected.

On Monday, are mother was admitted into the hospital for what was initially thought to be Ammonia. After some test and further investigation they discovered it was probably something much worst. She is currently on life support and the foundation of our family was shaken.

With good conscience it does not seem right to record an episode and not be able to think about our mother. So we decided it would probably be best if we took a hiatus from recording the show and focus on getting everything in order with our family.

We hope everyone understand and we would like you to keep our family in your prayers and until the day we return everyone in the nation STAY SHARP. We just want to let everyone know that this show has been a wonderful outlet for us to forget about all of our problems and that to all the listeners around the world we say THANK YOU. We guarantee the podcast will live on and when we return it will be better than ever.

DS266 - JBL Argument

Has any other show had an argument about the relevance of JBL, I think not. In this episode things get heated between Ryan and I about JBL matches. We also recorded this while watching Triple A which was an experience in itself and we discovered even in Mexico Rellik spell backwards is killer. When watching TNA this week we realized that the Main Event Mafia is very similar to Wild Hogs.

To summarize Wild Hogs it is about a group of old guys trying to reclaim their manhood and glory does that sound familar, probably so.

However, this was not the only suggestion for the show title. Marcus wanted to call this show three shots to the chest and one to the head. Unfortunately, you have to listen to the show to find out what that means.

We apologize to everyone who does not like long episodes because this one is long. Going this long was not the original ideal considering Marcus only saw two shows this week but sometimes thing do not go according to plan.

In the news portion of the show we discuss the future of Ring of Honor at length. No one will agree with our individual assessment of the company's future but it is entertaining nonetheless, plus we cover the other happenings this week.

We review each show of the week and give our impression of what a live TNA show is about. After that concludes we move onto listener feedback and the show concludes with our impression of Fridays the restaurant.

Site Update

I hate to admit this but I made a mistake. I planned to update the site in the coming weeks but before it went live I was going to test it. Well I was under the impression that I selected the test blog but unfortunately I selected the website.

So please bare with me until I can figure everything out, but hopefully it does not mess up the distribution of the show.
