We finally realized where Tiffany learned how to be a general manager. She read the book moneyball and she is a prodigy. The art of moneyballing is getting cheap players, making them great, and then sale them to the highest bigger. This explains why Shemus is now on Raw and why ECW can't keep stars. Billy Bean would be proud.
